In 2012, Canadian Electronic Library made over 44,000 books and documents available to libraries serving a population of millions of users (some public libraries, but primarily Canadian university students.)


In 2012 those users logged nearly 1 million sessions on their CEL sites, during which they viewed, printed or copied over 16 million pages.

Since its inception in 2006, CEL usage has grown steadily as shown in the graphs below.
