[...] The most important factor is the loss of the educated young people from the regions of the Province. [...] The Province needs more success stories – often the version of success is the person who makes it away and not the person who has stayed in the Province and enjoyed business and personal success. [...] The zone expects growth in the labour force related to the forest industries with the signing of the District 19 plan, if the wood is not shipped out of Labrador.
