And although he can joke about it now, saying to Oprah with his usual wry smile that he had an ace up his sleeve in the form of some incriminating photographs of Schumacher with a farm animal, he was floored when Schumacher called him at his home and laid it all out for Clooney to see in his customary forthright manner: "Hey, do you want to star in one of the biggest movies of all time and one of [...] The batsuit is no longer the place he can hide from the questions about his ability to handle the role, but becomes the central focus of the question itself. [...] He does his best to deflect the attention and contro- versy in a subtle, comical way by telling Oprah and Jay Leno that the size of his codpiece pales in com- parison to co-star Chris O'DonnelTs, but he can only slink out of the spotlight for so long. [...] Affectionately known by residents and tourists alike as the "Heart of the Bluegrass," this second largest of the state's cities blends the vim and vigor of a modern business center with the grace and charm of small- town life in the old South.
