BC Provincial Nominee Program : British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program

28 Nov 2011

The BC Provincial Nominee Program was introduced in 2001 to increase the benefits of immigration to British Columbia by allowing the provincial government to nominate foreign workers and entrepreneurs for accelerated permanent resident status based on labour market and economic development needs and priorities. The purpose of this evaluation is to fulfill the Province's obligations to evaluate the BC PNP under the 2010 Canada-BC Immigration Agreement, to provide accountability to internal and external stakeholders, and to inform the future development of the program.
