Along with the commit- ment to diversity comes the need to underline the importance of treating all people with dignity and respect, both in the workplace and in the community. [...] Our approach is organized around the foundational principles of the inherent dignity and worth of the human person, the equal dignity and worth of all persons and the right of minorities to protection and to equal employment opportunity.
